Their broth is created in-house using unique formulas that they’ve honed over time. The Ramen broth takes at least 24 hours to prepare. Depending on the broth, this could take up to 72 hours!

Fresh ingredients are used in the Poke salads. They go to great lengths to ensure that all of the veggies and proteins are acquired locally and as fresh as possible.
