Want to know about Beaumont’s oil journey? The Texas Energy Museum goes over the beginning of oil and gas use in Southeast Texas to the use of refining chemistry we use today.
The museum has been around since 1990 and contains photos, maps, and graphs about the past of Texas Energy. From discovering oil at the Spindletop Gusher in 1901 to intriguing artifacts, you’re sure to find something awesome.
